Brenda sat at her desk, rubbing her temples in sheer frustration. For the past week, her morning coffee breaks had become an absolute nightmare. Every single day, without fail, a male coworker would wait for her at the breakroom coffee machine. The moment she poured her cup, he would step uncomfortably close, lean in, take a deep, audible sniff, and say, “Your hair smells really nice.”
